Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing an order. By accessing or using our custom song service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Overview

We offer custom-made songs based on client-provided details. You can purchase:

​

• 1 song for $79 USD

• 2 versions (same lyrics, different melodies) for $99 USD

​

All songs are delivered digitally via email or download link in MP3 format.

2. Eligibility

​

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this service. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Placing an Order

​

When submitting an order, you agree to:

​

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Not submit offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content

• Accept full responsibility for the material you provide

​

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

​

4. Pricing & Payment

​​

• Prices are stated in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Full payment is required at the time of order.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal via secure third-party platforms.

• Your order will not begin until payment has been confirmed.

5. Delivery & Turnaround Time

​

• Standard delivery is within 48 hour from order confirmation.

• Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.

• Delivery will be made via email or secure download link.

Delays due to force majeure (e.g. technical failure, illness, or acts of God) are not the responsibility of the provider but will be communicated promptly.

6. Revisions

​

• We do not provide free revisions.

• Additional revisions or creative changes will  incur extra charges.

• Requests for changes must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Refund Policy

​

Because each song is uniquely created for you:

​

• Refunds are not available once work has begun.

• If an error is made on our part (e.g. wrong detail), we will correct it at no additional cost.

• In rare cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credit at our discretion on a case by case basis.

8. Usage Rights & Licensing

​

• You receive full personal-use rights to your custom song.

• You can share the song on social media, play it at events or gift it to another person

• For commercial use (e.g. monetized videos, ads, reselling), you must contact us for appropriate licensing.

We retain authorship and copyright of all compositions unless explicitly transferred.

​

9. Content Use & Promotion

​

• We may ask to share your song (anonymously or with names altered) for promotional purposes.

• We will never use or publish your song without your written consent.

• You may request complete privacy, and we will honor that request.

10. Limitation of Liability

​

We are not liable for:

​

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

• Client dissatisfaction based on subjective musical taste

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

11. Termination

​

We reserve the right to terminate service or cancel orders if:

​

• You breach these Terms

• You submit offensive or harmful content

• We are unable to fulfill your request for any reason (a full refund will be issued in such cases)

12. Privacy Policy

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

 

13. Governing Law

​

​These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. 
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Phuket, Thailand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
