How much does a custom song cost?
We offer two pricing options:

$79 USD for one custom song
$99 USD for two versions of the same song — same lyrics, but with two different melodies/styles.

Why would I want two versions of the same song?

Many customers love having two takes — one might be acoustic and emotional, while the other could be upbeat and fun. It’s great for comparing vibes or using one version for a surprise and saving the second for another occasion.

How do I place an order?

Simply fill out our song request form on our website. You’ll provide us with details like the recipient’s name, occasion, favorite memories, and anything else you'd like us to include in the lyrics.

What kind of details should I include in the song request form?

The more personal, the better! We recommend sharing:

Names (of the recipient and yourself)
Relationship (e.g., partner, friend, parent)
Special memories or inside jokes
Preferred mood or tone (funny, heartfelt, romantic, etc.)
Any musical style preferences (pop, folk, acoustic, etc.)

Can I review the lyrics before the song is finalized?

We currently do not offer pre-approval of lyrics in the standard package, but rest assured, we put great care into crafting lyrics that are meaningful, personal, and appropriate for your request.

Can I choose the genre or style of the music?

Yes! You can request a specific genre (e.g., pop, folk, country, acoustic ballad) or artist inspiration. We’ll do our best to match the vibe you're looking for.

What format will I receive the song in?

You'll receive the song(s) as high-quality MP3 files delivered via email or a download link.

How long is each song?

Each song is approximately 2–3 minutes long, depending on the story and structure of the lyrics.

How long does it take to receive my song?

Our standard delivery time is within 48 hours. If you have a specific deadline (like a birthday or anniversary), let us know when placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate!

When do I need to pay for my song?

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. This allows us to begin working on your custom song right away.

Is my payment secure?

We use trusted third-party payment processors that encrypt and protect your information. Your payment and personal details are never shared or stored by us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

What is your refund policy?

Because each song is a fully custom product, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — your satisfaction is important to us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

What if there’s a mistake in my song?

If there’s an error in the lyrics or details that don’t match your request, let us know within 24 hours after receiving the song. We’ll happily revise it to fix any mistakes based on the information you originally submitted.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the final song?

Because music is subjective and every song is handcrafted based on your input, we cannot guarantee personal taste. However, if you’re truly unhappy, please contact us — we value your satisfaction and may be able to offer solutions on a case-by-case basis.

Do I own the song after it’s delivered?

Yes! You receive full personal-use rights to the song. You can share it, play it or gift it however you like — it’s yours to enjoy forever!

Can I post my custom song on social media?

Absolutely! It’s your song — feel free to share it wherever you like. We’d love to be tagged so we can see your reactions and celebrate with you!

Will my song be available publicly anywhere??

No — your song is private and will only be shared with you.

Will you use my song for promotional purposes?

We may ask permission to share your song (anonymously or with names removed) for promotional use, but we will never share it without your consent.
